so today was the competition day! i was a happy girl today cause i just LOVE to compete in a team sport and i'm so looking for this day to come. i dunno why but it always feels better than in a solo competition. so there's a total of 5 boat each having around 20 people in it and i'm in the orange team which is the south-east division.

the competition was held at boat quay and in the first place, i thought this is just a Peoples' Association thing but when i'm there, i saw hell damn alot of dragon boaters. it's was not a PA ONLY kind of competition. it's was a annual dragon boat competition.

my god. never had i seen so many handsome boaters in one row before. no matter it's from which poly, uni, country or race, you name it they all have it.

anyway we got last place(5th) in the race. haha.

but it was the process that was a hell lot of fun! during the race, everyone was so on with it that we actually go faster than during our practice. the river felt deeper and the waves were big. it's very different from rowing at the kallang river. if there was another chance, i would take part in it again!
